Do and Don’ts for online training and who want e-learning solutions



To all my e-Learning friends from all over India and cities. We people are very expert in our work. We have ability to making engaging people, interactive others, and inspire them in e-Learning. I have some clues for them to do and don’ts for my e-learning brothers.

It is not easy to create training online. We have required some time and energy for this. I would like to get you all started with our some good things which you have to keep in your mind and have to create some good. Please check the following things which are useful to all you.

1.       Power Point Presentation
Mostly trainer use power point presentation in their training session.  And provide the course related information to the learner. But thing that, they should not use this ppt online and say that is e-learning. These all on like documents should have power of engaging people for learning.
2.       Good Trainer – Trainer should have multi skill. He should have capacity or skill to create best online e-learning training. And should have skill; know of products, and knowledge of process. Some time it requires different expert people for training dept.
3.       Power of content- If you making some chapter online then you have to think by all site you should think by learner site also. If learner not able to understand your content then he can change your site and join some other site. Or your content has ability to engage the learner to stay long time on our site.  
4.       Advertising of your training - If any learner want to launches your e-learning online solution they should know about your company. Because this can be authenticity or reliability of your training session.
5.       Effective Demo- Mostly one line training can give student to try new without live. So in this case you have to take help from your developer to change the transaction. And your demo should be like live practice.  
6.       Meaningful graphics – Picture have the power to explain about all chapters. So use meaningful graphics. Because learner can understand image concept and training.
